Customers may request a refund, return, or replacement within 10 days from the date of purchase or installation, subject to the following conditions:

Product must be in original condition, without physical damage.

All original accessories, manuals, packaging, and invoice must be available.

The issue should not be caused by misuse, electrical faults, or unauthorized servicing.
Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable if the product is found defective, damaged, or malfunctioning at the time of installation or within 10 days.

Jalcare may arrange a technical inspection before approving the replacement.

Replacement will be done with the same or equivalent model, subject to availability.

Replacement processing time may take 5–7 working days after approval.
Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect or serious functional issue.

The product must be returned in unused or minimally used condition.

Installation, service, or delivery charges may be non-refundable.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after product verification and approval.

Once approved, the refund will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
