Eligibility Criteria (Within 10 Days)

Customers may request a refund, return, or replacement within 10 days from the date of purchase or installation, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be in original condition, without physical damage.

  • All original accessories, manuals, packaging, and invoice must be available.

  • The issue should not be caused by misuse, electrical faults, or unauthorized servicing.


Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is applicable if the product is found defective, damaged, or malfunctioning at the time of installation or within 10 days.

  • Jalcare may arrange a technical inspection before approving the replacement.

  • Replacement will be done with the same or equivalent model, subject to availability.

  • Replacement processing time may take 5–7 working days after approval.


Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect or serious functional issue.

  • The product must be returned in unused or minimally used condition.

  • Installation, service, or delivery charges may be non-refundable.


Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be raised within 10 days of purchase or installation.

  • Refunds will be processed after product verification and approval.

  • Once approved, the refund will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Refund amount may exclude installation, service, or logistics charges, if applicable.


Non-Eligible Cases

Refund, return, or replacement will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Requests raised after 10 days.

  • Damage due to improper handling, water pressure issues, voltage fluctuation, or negligence.

  • Products serviced or modified by unauthorized technicians.

  • Commercial or customized installations (unless stated otherwise).
