At Shayona Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of our Jalcare RO systems and services. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure a transparent experience for our valued customers.
I. Product Returns & Replacements (Spare Parts & Systems)
Shayona Enterprises offers a 10-day return and replacement window for all physical products purchased under the Jalcare brand.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement: To be eligible, the Jalcare product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact. It must be in the same condition as received and accompanied by the original tax invoice issued by Shayona Enterprises.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective Jalcare part or system, Shayona Enterprises will provide a complimentary replacement. Customers must report transit damage within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
II. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our Shayona Enterprises facility in all india, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund for the Jalcare product will be processed immediately.
Timeline: The credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified window, please contact our Shayona Enterprises support team at jalcarejaipur@gmail.com.
III. Jalcare Service Satisfaction Guarantee
Shayona Enterprises ensures that every Jalcare service—including installation and repair—is performed by certified technicians.
Re-inspection Policy: If a Jalcare service does not meet the promised technical standards, customers are entitled to a complimentary re-inspection within 48 hours of the initial service date.
Service Fees: Please note that “Visit Charges” or “Labor Charges” are non-refundable once the Shayona Enterprises technician has arrived at the service location and performed the diagnostic.
IV. Fees and Shipping Costs
No Restocking Fees: Shayona Enterprises does not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns of Jalcare products.
Return Shipping: . For defective Jalcare items, Shayona Enterprises will bear the full cost of return logistics.
