Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

We currently ship products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days.
Remote Areas: 5–9 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Shipping is Free across India on all orders.
Any additional charges for express shipping (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email This will include your Tracking ID and courier details. You can track your shipment using the provided link.
6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Shayona Enterprises (Jalcare) is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
