Welcome to www.jalcare.in. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of RO systems and services provided by Shayona Enterprises, operating under the brand name Jalcare. By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Business Identity

The brand Jalcare is a registered trademark and a wholly-owned business unit of Shayona Enterprises. All commercial transactions, billings, and legal liabilities are managed by the parent entity, Shayona Enterprises, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

3. Service and Product Accuracy

Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all RO product descriptions and service details on Jalcare are accurate. However, Shayona Enterprises does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Service Appointments & Cancellations

Technician Visits: Service requests for Jalcare are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Shayona Enterprises authorized technicians will perform the onsite services.
Cancellations: Service bookings can be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled visit. If a technician has already reached the location, a minimum visiting charge may apply.

5. Payments & Security

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.”
Security: All payment information is processed through SSL-encrypted third-party gateways. Shayona Enterprises does not store your sensitive financial data on its servers.

6. Warranty and Liability

Product Warranty: Warranty is applicable only on genuine spare parts installed by authorized Jalcare technicians.
Limitation of Liability: Shayona Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Shayona Enterprises. Unauthorized reproduction or use of the Jalcare brand identity is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
